Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates:
We are committed to offering you the best shipping rates possible. Our shipping fees** are structured as follows:
- Within the Benelux Region:
- For wholesale orders below EUR 250, a flat shipping fee will be applied during checkout.
- For orders totaling EUR 250 or above, we offer free shipping.
- Within the Rest of Europe (some countries excluded*):
- For wholesale orders below EUR 300, a flat shipping fee will be applied during checkout.
- For orders totaling EUR 300 or above, we offer free shipping.
The shipping fee will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process, allowing you to review the shipping cost before finalizing your order.
*Excluded Countries include: Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway.
**Shipping fees: we assess the threshold of our shipping fees every year. Please be aware that our threshold is susceptible for change. The next assessment for the threshold is set at January 1st, 2025.
Shipping Methods:
We understand that as a business, you may have specific shipping preferences or existing partnerships with shipping carriers. Therefore, you have the option to add in the comment or note when ordering your the shipping method you prefer during the checkout process. This allows you to select the carrier that aligns with your requirements.
For shipping we are working with Fidelity Fulfillment (https://fidelityfulfilment.com/) which handles all of our logistics. You have the following options for shipping: PostNL, DPD, DHL or Fedex. If you do not specify, we will choose our preferred shipping method based on your location.
Estimated Shipping Time:
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, your items will be processed immediately for shipping. Our standard shipping time for orders is between 1-7 business days depending on your country. Please note that holidays are not included in the estimated shipping time.
Because errors are human, we apologize in advance for delays in shipment for these instances. Please note that when we ship your order, we will send you a tracking link so you can stay updated on the status of your order. But we want to emphasize that after we ship your order, we are not responsible for errors made by the shipping courier. We will always work together with you, to make sure you get the best service.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This will enable you to track the progress of your shipment and estimate the expected delivery date.
Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer. If you need to make any changes to the shipping address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
International Shipping:
At this time, we only offer shipping within Europe with the exception of some excluded countries*. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause for our international customers. Please note we DO NOT ship to any countries outside of Europe. Please check the Tamara’s Sugar website for a distributor near you if your country/region is not mentioned above.
*Excluded Countries include: Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
While we take great care in packaging your items, unforeseen circumstances can occasionally result in lost or damaged packages during transit. If you encounter any issues with your shipment, please contact our customer support team, and we will work diligently to resolve the matter.
