We accept returns within fourteen (14) days for purchases in the Netherlands and other European countries that are placed through our online web shop. Please note, Ponte Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse all returns. Repairs will be accepted within 30 days after purchase. Transportation costs for repairs will be charged in addition.
