Ponte Cosmetics started in 1995 when two sisters decided they wanted to have a better quality of life for themselves and their families. At the time they where both hard working mothers providing for their household and wanted to stop to work the regular 8 to 5 job. As they were working in the medical industry, they had a crazy idea to start selling medical supply which then expanded to selling hair products.

Nail Products
In 2001 Ponte Cosmetics was born in Rosa's home garage and was, at the time, one of the first companies to sell professional nail products and hair products on the island. Hair relaxers was the number 1 best selling products.
With the help with 2 sales representatives, they visited salons trying to sell their products with the use of sample books. Ponte Cosmetics was able to open their own small shop. Ponte Cosmetics’ name became known for only selling quality products and the latest nail and beauty trends.
Growth
The company grew and was able to expand the shop to a bigger building, maintaining the concept of a boutique cosmetics shop. Due to a growing market with new clients on the rise, it has led us to move to a bigger buiding in order for us to serve our loyal customers with the same love and attention as before, only now with a new and modern look. This is the way we have managed to create a bond between us and our customers unlike any other. We have managed to settle the company as the Leader in Cosmetics Products on the island and in the Caribbean especially in the B2B market.

Where we are Now
After 20 years, the next generation took over and are now working on being innovative while also carrying the legacy of the Ponte name. We have arranged to recreate the identity of the company a whole new fresh look and have been able to expand to other markets in the Caribbean as well. The next milestone is doing business abroad in the Netherlands and other European countries and serving our international clients with the same warm love and dedication. Ponte Cosmetics is not just a company, it's a family.
